Problem: To many people drive regular cars!

Question 1: if as many people that drove regular cars drove electric cars what would it do to the environment?

Question 2: what would cost more driving a regular car and buying gas or, drinving an electric car and charging it?

Question 3: Would u have to be a "rich man" to drive an electric car or is it affortable?
